Shipping policy

Delivery Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 3–10 business days, depending on your location.
In total, you can expect to receive your order within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that delays may occur during high-demand periods or due to external factors beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions, customs delays).

Shipping Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your shipping destination. 

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes Policy

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the customs authorities of the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with your country's import laws and for paying any applicable customs fees, taxes, or other import-related charges.

If a shipment is refused due to unpaid customs duties or taxes, or returned because it could not be cleared through customs, we are not responsible for any resulting costs, delays, or losses. Any return shipping fees, customs charges, or other expenses incurred may be deducted from any eligible refund.
